Process
At this level the recruitment process can be time consuming and complex, with numerous issues - often unexpected - arising at different stages. The methodology applied differs to that of associate recruitment and is based on a consultative and strategic approach. Issues of confidentiality are paramount and we have devised a process which protects reputations and practices. LPA Partners & Teams has a range of business plan proformae for all candidates including senior associates/counsel seeking partnership for the first time; senior in-house counsel seeking a return to partnership in private practice; and business plans for individual Partner and team moves.
